Anne Dills & Dan Schovain had a gorgeous Wedding Reception at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago, IL! We absolutely loved working with this couple and their planner, Brooke Righeimer from Tying the Knot, to bring their dream wedding lighting and décor visions to life!
Anne & Dan’s custom lighting and décor design began in the lobby of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.
To highlight the architecture, Elegant Event Lighting illuminated the brick walls in warm amber uplighting.
The EEL Chicago Team also washed the center wall and column in an amber floral pattern design. We love how this lighting element personalized the lobby for Anne & Dan’s reception.
The couple’s lighting and décor design continued with a beautiful grid of Café Globe Italian String Lights which adorned the Terrace!
The Café Globe Italian String lights glowed in warm amber and created an intimate setting for the couple’s guests.
Our team put the finishing touches on Anne & Dan’s custom lighting and décor design in the South Gallery. Elegant Event Lighting Chicago provided the Cherry Wood Dance Floor for the couple’s guests to dance the night away!
Above the dance floor, the EEL Team created the White Paper Lantern design! The paper lanterns were illuminated in amber and were a wonderful addition to the South Gallery Décor.
Here is what Anne & Dan had to say about Elegant Event Lighting Chicago:
“We used Elegant Event Lighting for our wedding and they did a fabulous job. They were easy to work with and very professional throughout, from the initial quote, to walk-throughs, billing and the day of the event. They did exactly what they said they would and the lighting looked amazing and really made a huge difference in the space. I would highly recommend them to any bride.”
It was an absolute pleasure working with Anne & Dan to transform the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum for their reception! We cannot thank you enough for your kind words about the EEL Chicago Team and wish you all the best as you start your married life together!
